We ended the year with our annual picnic. We beat the rain and got outside this year! Thanks to everyone who came along. Have a great summer.

Our Year 6 Leaver's Assembly was fantastic - well done everyone. We will all really miss you!

We found out about the world of work at our careers fair - thanks very much to the people who came in to talk to us

Everyone took part in an intra-school sports competition

After all the lovely weather, it rained on Sports Day but we didn't let that stop our fun!

The rain had stopped so KS2 held their sports day on the playground

Year 5 told us all about the Prince William award they are completing

Year 6 took part in the Fiver Challenge - our pop up shops were very successful

We were winners in Belmont Parish Council Art Competition “Summer”

Our adults came in for a Father's Day afternoon

Each class had a skipping workshop with Gail. It was great fun and we all learned lots of new skills and tricks!

Reverend Tom came into school and told us all about Pentecost and the birth of the church

Our theme was “summer” and each class looked at a different piece of art during Take One Picture week this year

We had a red, white and blue day to celebrate the Royal Wedding

A huge well done to our fantastic Year 6 children for their positive attitudes and hard work. We are very proud of you all!

KS2 took part in a cycling challenge - it was great fun, but hard work!

Darren from Durham SSP came in to talk to us about cycle safety. He taught us the 3 - 2 - 1 rule to make sure our helmets are on properly...and he used Mr Melon to show us what can happen if you don’t wear your cycle helmet

World Book Day was brilliant! Everyone looked fantastic!
