Baptism

We visited St Giles Church for a Baptism service with Reverend Tom.

The National Museum of the Royal Navy, Hartlepool

We had a wonderful visit and found out lots of information about pirates. We looked fabulous in our pirate costumes.

Take One Picture

We studied Apple Tree by Gustav Klimt and painted our own masterpieces.

We had fun taking part in sporting events at Gilesgate Primary School and Maiden Castle recently.

Plants

We dissected daffodils this week and planted cress seeds.  Some of us also helped to plant seeds in our raised bed.  We have planted lettuce, carrots, nasturtium and cornflowers.  We will all take turns to water them and weed the soil!

Building Bridges

We investigated the work of the engineer Isambard Kingdom Brunel.  We designed and built our own bridges using construction kits and then cardboard.

Everyone looked fantastic on World Book Day 📚
