Welcome to Year 5
This term, our class topic is the Aztecs and we will be finding out more about these people. We will be finding out about their traditions and beliefs.
Remember, this term we are swimming at Freeman's Quay so please remember your swimming kit, including your hat, every Tuesday. Please also remember that homework will be sent out every Friday and should be returned by the following Wednesday.

We explored the sculptures in Wharton Park
Then made our own versions of the sculptures back in class
We replicated these sculptures in PE
We took part in a music and drama workshop
We completed First Aid training with St John's Ambulance - these skills could save someone's life
We wore our pyjamas on Children in Need day
Well done to our School Council candidates. We are really proud of you all 👍
